Do the body socks have seams?
Yes, the body socks do have a single seam. The seam is to be worn anywhere on the body that feels comfortable to you. Our other shirts have seams as well but we are told they are not noticeable or felt while in the brace.
How do I measure?
Using a fabric measuring tape, measure around the body at the widest part of the chest, the smallest part of the waist and the widest part of the hip. If you do not have a fabric measuring tape, use a string to wrap around the body marking the length and measure the mark on the string with a measuring tape afterward.
Why do you need these measurements?
The shirt size is manufactured according to all measurements provided in the order to ensure the best fit.
Will I still sweat with Brace Buddies shirts?
Yes, you will likely still sweat while wearing the brace regardless of the shirt. However, the body socks are created to provide the most comfort and protection possible while in the brace. Many say due to the fabric used, they feel cooler and experience less itching from the fabric under the brace.
How do I care for my Brace Buddies?
Many like to hand wash and line dry or lay flat to dry. However, Brace Buddies are machine washable and can be placed in the dryer. It's best to use cold water wash and low heat to dry. Some detergents or hanging to dry can cause the fabric to be less comfortable and possibly stretch a bit. DO NOT use bleach or harsh chemicals to clean the shirts because it can break down the spandex and compromise the strength of the fabric
How do I track my order?
You will receive notification when your order has been shipped. If you are in the US or Canada, your order will have a tracking number. If you wish to add tracking to your order for any other country, please add this to the comments section and someone will contact you to discuss additional cost.
Are the body socks for boys too?
Yes! The body socks are for boys as well. You may not need or want the extra fabric to scrunch and bunch and will likely want more of a smooth finish.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Your order will ship in about a week of purchase confirmation.
Do you provide International delivery?
Please check with your local delivery laws if clothing can be accepted into your country from Canada. We have successfully delivered to the US, Israel, Australia, France & UK, Spain, China, to name a few.
What is your return policy?
All items are custom made to fit the wearer. However, if the items are returned to us within 30 days of the shipment being sent to the customer, we will refund or exchange your order. Please note, shipping fees to and from the customer are not refunded. Garments are to be unwashed and unworn in original package to receive the refund.
